Service Agreement & Terms of Use

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between Dream Lengths ("Company," "we," "us") and you ("Client," "User," "Student"). By purchasing an Offer, Course, or Digital Product through our Kajabi portal, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Scope of Services Upon purchase, the Company provides the Client with access to digital training materials, videos, and/or resources as described in the Offer checkout page. Access is granted for the duration specified in the specific product description.

2. Professional Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability The information provided within our courses and digital products is for educational and informational purposes only.

• No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality training and industry-standard techniques, we cannot guarantee specific business results or clinical outcomes.

• Professional Responsibility: The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own professional practice. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they are operating within the legal scope of their professional license and local regulations.

• Liability Waiver: Dream Lengths shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or mishaps that may occur to the Client's own clients, property, or business operations following the completion of this training. By purchasing this product, the Client agrees that they apply all techniques and advice at their own professional risk.

3. Intellectual Property & Non-Compete Clause All materials—including but not limited to videos, curriculum, workbooks, and templates—are the proprietary intellectual property of Dream Lengths.

• Single-User License: Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license for personal professional use only.

• Prohibited Acts: You may not record, share, resell, or distribute these materials. You are strictly prohibited from using the Dream Lengths curriculum or training methods to teach or certify other stylists or third parties.

• Trademark: Purchase does not grant permission to use the "Dream Lengths" name, logo, or branding for your own marketing or commercial purposes without express written consent.

4. Payment & Refund Policy * Payment: Access is granted only after successful payment processing.

• Digital Products: Due to the digital nature of our products (instant access to proprietary intellectual property), all sales of courses, ebooks, and digital downloads are final and non-refundable. * Physical Products: All sales of physical goods (including mannequin heads or equipment) are non-refundable. These items are eligible for Exchange Only as outlined in Section 5.

5. Physical Goods & Exchange Policy * Exchange Only: We do not offer refunds on physical goods. We will provide an exchange for the same item if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Condition for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. Due to hygiene regulations, items that have been opened or used cannot be exchanged.

• Notification Period: You must notify us of defects within 7 days of delivery.

• Shipping: The Client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.

6. Client Conduct We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform without a refund if a Client engages in behavior that is disruptive, defamatory, or violates the intellectual property rights of the Company.

7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario / Canada.
