All digital products, including the Haircutting Foundations course and our ebook bundles, are delivered via instant access.

Policy:Ā Due to the immediate delivery of our intellectual property, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Physical Goods (Mannequin Heads & Kits)

We want to ensure your tools arrive in perfect condition so you can begin your training without delay.

Shipping Timeline:

Processing: Orders are processed within 48 business hours.

Location:Ā All physical goods ship from our headquarters in Ontario, Canada.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Exchange Policy:Ā In accordance with our Service Agreement, all physical goods are non-refundable. However, we offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival under the following conditions:

7-Day Window: You must notify us of any defects within 7 days of the delivery date.

Hygiene Standards: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. Due to health and safety regulations, any item that has been opened or used is ineligible for exchange.

Shipping Costs:Ā The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item to us for exchange.
